How long does data delivery take?

Delivery is automated and usually arrives within 1 to 15 minutes after payment confirmation. During occasional telecom network maintenance or peak traffic, it can take slightly longer (up to 1–2 hours). You can track your order status live at any time using your Order Reference.

How do I check my received data bundle balance?

What happens if an order fails or is cancelled?

If the upstream telecom network rejects an order or if a recipient number is ineligible, the order is automatically marked as failed. For registered users and agents, the full amount is instantly refunded to your internal wallet. For direct guest checkout buyers, our team initiates a refund to your original payment method or re-dispatches upon request.
